Nokia Dual-Sim Range x1-01, C2-00 & C2-03 Launched in Ghana


The Silverbird Cinema, Accra Mall was the venue. The Nokia West Africa Team, the Press and of course Nokia fans and lovers had all gathered to witness the outdooring of new classy dual-sim range X1-01, C2-00 and the C2-03….stay tuned to ghanabakwamenas’ blog for more on Nokia and reviews.

Mr. Ludovic Falcou, the Country Manager welcomed all present at the launch and mentioned it was always a pleasure bringing good news like this to us, Nokia wants to be a leading brand and currently has innovation as hallmark you can always count on. He mentioned the new products bring to the table innovation. He thereafter introduced and officially launched the new brands Nokia X1-01- “Mixed for music”, “this device is a very nice loud music dual-sim handset young people would love…“ The device allows you to continually enjoy your favourite music at 106 decibels yes; you read right 106 decibels for over 24 hours non-stop, specifically Thirty Six (36) hours long- very competitive. The C2-00 also a dual-sim handset, very stylish and quality too goes a step higher – helps you connect to friends, family and loved ones all the time. If you are like me and would like to manage cost by visiting social media, the C2-00 is your taste!

To complete the dual sim range, there was a surprise package, the C2-03 a slide, touch and type was launched. I will bring you an ‘in-focus’ review on these sleek and sassy handsets…lols! Mr. Olumide Balogun– Product Manager took all and sundry through a quick review of all the products launched.

Head of Marketing, Nokia West Africa- Mr. Reuben Onwubiko mentioned the new Nokia dual range of phones were eco-friendly and allows a consumer to save cost on data, as much as 90% as you surf the web. Mr. Osagie Ogunbor, Communications Manager also threw light on Nokia’s commitment to its social responsibility in Ghana e.g. the Enterprise without borders initiative has seen over 300 students through education successfully and mentioned there was more to come.

          Now, onto why you must grab one for yourself and loved ones…..The New Dual-Sim Range of handsets are Trendy, Robust and simply durable, reliable, battery lasts long, come in functional designs, the Nokia X1-01 takes up to 16gb mmc and C2-00 takes up 32gb mmc of music and videos.
